- We refund your flights and accommodation costs up to the value of £500, if a purchase is made through us and when first stage payment is made

WHAT WE DON'T DO
- We do not hard or pressure sell, a customer is generally unhappy about the purchase if the hard sell policy has been adopted and will often cancel anyway
